If you find that your order has arrived defective or damaged, you must let us know within 3 business days. We will ship a replacement once it has been verified that the defective product is being return shipped.
If you have purchased the service to have an Open Source (FREE) Linux Operating System Pre-Installed on your flash drive, you understand and agree that absolutely no warranty is being offered with Linux. In addition, we offer no guarantee that your Computer can boot from the Pre-Installed Operating System.
By accepting these terms, you agree not to hold TruFlash Inc. and those employed by TruFlash Inc. liable for any damages that may result from use or misuse of our products and or services, including but not limited to, loss of data and or hardware failure.
TruFlash Inc. is an independent entity. We are not associated, affiliated with or sponsored by any mentioned Linux version, company or organization. We simply offer the service of installing Linux versions onto our portable media. If you wish, you may request a DVD containing the source of the installed software as it was provided to us, for what it costs us to produce and ship the media.
To protect our company from scam, we will only ship to the confirmed billing/payment address listed on your PayPal account. PayPal shipping address takes precendence over truflash account address.
